Jaane Tu...Yaa Jaane Na........REVIEW

My initial & prolonged insight of the movie can be ruffled in one word, REFRESHING. Yes, the movie in discussion has already swept away audience with its juicy flavors. So far, Jaane Tu..Yaa Jaane Na is the only hit movie of year till now. The movie, starring newcomer Imran Khan & Genelia D’souza looks quite promising.

The movie, an in-house production from the banner of highly skilled & fully loaded Aamir Khan, the perfectionist, has delivered a soft and light romantic movie after a long span of time. It’s this kind of candid, relatable freshness that characterizes Abbas Trrewala's delightful directorial debut, a deftly made film about friendship, fibs, and falling for the obvious.

It sounds pretty refreshing to me because after a long time there was some stuff to cherish for ever, like we had once Dil Chahta Hey. This movie has everything to be treasured for periods, brilliant performance by all characters, fresh and zippy songs, amazing story line and above all, directed with ecstasy.

Genelia D’souza is an absolute corker, all firecracker eyes and irrepressible smile. She is one hell of actress with amazing talents, she's spirited and natural, playing a wildcat and a whimperer, and it's very hard to resist her. What impressed me most is her ability to deliver performance in most natural way. On the other hand, newcomer Imran Khan has millions of reason to smile as his first Bollywood flick if fully charged up at box-office. And it's a simple, candid, relatable act -- no frills, no fuss, no muscles, and no attitude.

The soundtrack is undoubtedly fresh and zippy, indeed all songs have bowled me over with their melody & charm. Especially “ kahin toh hogi woh”, one of the most romantic songs of recent times.

Lesson for All….

You may or may not agree with my opinion / thoughts but its something I feel like sharing with all readers. Often in our life or in life of close ones, we must have had experience, seen or noticed this aspect which has the potential of making and vanishing anyone & everyone. This so called referred expression is “EGO”. With context to the discussion, Aditi who initially claimed for having no love sort feelings for Jai, realized it later through hard way that their friendship was just a term for “LOVE”. Till the last scene of movie, she was skeptical about it and something within her own world n grief was pushing her back. She confessed & nodded only when Jai followed her to airport, breaking all checking barriers. Finally, they realized that they are meant for each other and love was just happened on the course of their friendship. Things would have been much different if Jai too would have made a point of "EGO".

I don’t know why people bring in “EGO” in between their relationships, why not we understand that practicing ego will only hurt us in the end, apart from pushing our close ones from our lives. Agreed, we all should have some expression of ego but that should not hamper anyone's personal life.

P.S.: By now I have been lucky to treasure it & feel it for five times, it’s a optimal movie for all, who cherish friendship & love and for those who yet to realize it….!!!Sigh!!!

No Matter What Our Troubles, I Still Love You !!!

No matter what our troubles, I still love you,
As though a part of me were also you.
Life isn't easy, but I know without you
There will be bitterness in all I do.
I feel the broken heaven in my heart,
The blight that will outlast the years of healing,
The darkness underneath all time and art,
The pain that from within there's no concealing.
We were so much in love when we first met,
A river that would reach, in time, the sea.

We ought not let despair turn to regret,
But be through choice what love chose us to be.
No love can last except it be through will.
Were wastelands in our path, I'd love you still.

Cheers:)
